ABOUT MANIFEST EMPLOYMENT LAW
My name is Monica Smak. After completing my master's degree in Employment Law (cum laude) at VU University in 2016, I spent five years working in the legal profession at an employment law firm. In September 2022, I founded Manifest Arbeidsrecht.
Manifest Arbeidsrecht provides legal advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law. These include issues relating to conditions of employment, dismissal, incapacity for work, etc.
I have a 'no nonsense' mentality. I find it important to advise clients clearly and pragmatically, taking into account the strategic and practical side of each case. I am adaptable, goal-oriented and always go for the maximum achievable result for clients.
I can quickly provide you with concrete and to the point advice, but more intensive guidance is also possible, for example through an interim project.
